Mr. Sbayteh is Partner at iGan Arabia. He is also the Chief Investment Officer of JnF Holdings, responsible for investments across public & private markets including growth equity & venture capital. Mr. Sbayteh has also accumulated operator experience having been involved in establishing & leading businesses in the UAE.
Prior to this role, Mr. Sbayteh spent over 17 years in investment banking primarily in the Middle East,
advising on M&A, restructuring & balance sheet related matters. He served as an Executive Director at
Perella Weinberg Partners in London & Dubai (2011 2020), and as an Associate at Lehman Brothers
and its successor firm Nomura (2008 2011). Earlier in his career, Mr. Sbayteh worked at Sambacapital
in Saudi Arabia (2006 2008) and Arab Bank’s investment banking subsidiary in Jordan (2004 2006)
